engaged by a major UK Building Society to assist in the delivery of a complex and sophisticated
BPM solution.
Working in conjunction with our business partners Global 360, Phoenix consultants are
providing business analysis, development and project management capability as part of a large
project team that includes in house customer resources. The engagement leverages Phoenix’s
in depth project experience and knowledge to provide a skills transfer to the in house team
and ensure that the project is implemented successfully. The multi-million pound project
consists of multiple phases delivered over an 18 month period to improve efficiency and
productivity within the customer service departments.
