Phoenix launches new business process management solution targeted at the SME market

Phoenix Technology Group, a leading Irish software provider, has just launched a new business process management solution for the SME market. The new solution - e2 lite - is designed to increase employee productivity by up to 30 per cent.

e2 lite is an 'out-of-the-box' image & workflow enabled business process management solution. It is designed to; eliminate the paper mountain, streamline business processes, cut operational costs, place control of resources and processes in the business manager's hands, and all at a cost that is affordable to SME's.

The solution can be customised to meet the requirements within any industry sector. This means smaller banks, insurance companies, accountancy practises, credit card companies and solicitors' offices, can tailor the solution to suit their specific business model. The solution is also applicable in departments of larger service organisations including government departments.
