LBS successfully upgrade to Phoenix Process Manager (PPM)
and roll-out the solution to Hamburg

Dublin (10th July 2009) - Phoenix Technology Group (Phoenix) , a leading provider of workflow and business process management (BPM) solutions, today announce the completion of a successful implementation of their leading Process Management suite for Landesbausparkasse Bank (LBS) in Germany and the roll-out of the solution to an additional 100 users in Hamburg.

LBS have been a Phoenix customer for many years having implemented the Phoenix m2/e2 Product Suite in 2002, but required an upgrade to the solution to provide new functionality and support an additional 100 users in Hamburg. The original implementation and the upgrade was completed by Phoenix’s German partner CENIT with some on-site assistance from Phoenix implementation consultants.

Phoenix Process Manager (PPM) is the latest workflow solution available from Phoenix and provides an underlying workflow capability that can support any business environment. Phoenix initially developed this in conjunction with the m2/e2 Product Suite but has since extended the solution to work with any business application that requires workflow capability.
