Direct Marketing and the Lloyds TSB Branch Network. Phoenix
delivered a bespoke Content Management and Business Process Management
solution which provided Scottish Widows with a single work processing system
across multiple departments. All work is routed and
referred to the correct case manager regardless of location,
providing improved service and productivity.
Special focus: 1000 licences were
purchased. The system was first rolled out to the mailroom and
the payments departments, and then subsequently to private
client, new business and corporate pensions departments.
